Regulatory language controls

This site distinguishes eight separate controlled states in the vocabulary at /api/definitions.json:

• Regulated — subject to a specific legal regime; identify regulator and scope.
• Authorized/licensed — specific authorization by a named holder for a named activity.
• Registered/notified — on a named register for a named instrument in a named status.
• Listed/admitted — admitted to a named venue on a named segment on a named date.
• Custodied — who holds what, for whom, under what document.
• Audited/reviewed — opinion scope and period.
• Certified/validated — certifier, standard, sample and limitation.
